En caso de no presentarse en el muelle antes de la hora máxima estipulada para tomar el pasadía (8:20am) perderá el pago realizado por concepto de no show
Si el cliente realiza la anulación de la reservación 24 horas antes de la hora máxima estipulada para tomar el pasadía , podrá solicitar un reembolso del 80% sobre el valor pagado (20% correspondientes a gastos administrativos)
