Departure time of the Hotel boat – shared boat (Cartagena – Majagua): 08:30 a.m. from La Bodeguita Pier (only exit). Other schedules require exclusive boat rental at an additional cost, not included in the value of the day pass. To take the boat you must arrive at the La Bodeguita Dock, no later than 8:00 a.m., access door # 3. The maritime journey lasts approximately 1 hour from said dock.

The return in the afternoon hours from the Island to Cartagena is approximately 3:00 p.m. depending on the weather conditions reported by the Port Captaincy, to finally be there at 4:05 p.m. approx on the dock.

Conditions

Important: Departures from the “LA BODEGUITA” dock, access door # 3, our boats leave at 08:30 a.m., therefore passengers must appear at the dock at 08:00 a.m.

• To take the boat you must arrive at the La Bodeguita Dock, at 8:00 a.m.
• The maritime journey lasts approximately 1 hour from said port.
• Return Time from the Island (Majagua – Cartagena): Between 2:30p.m. and 3:30 p.m. according to sea conditions, indicated by the Captaincy (one daily departure).
• Cancelación o modificación: Se aceptan cambios de fecha del servicio o cancelaciones únicamente de forma escrita, con dos (2) días antes de la fecha confirmada de la actividad de pasadía. Para las reservas realizadas en los periodos inferiores a la política de cancelación anteriormente informada de dos (2) días, tendrá un plazo de veinte cuatro (24) horas posteriores a la reserva para la modificación o cancelación de esta. Pasado este tiempo el Hotel cobrará el 100% del depósito o anticipo recibido.
• Penalty for non-compliance: any reservation that does not show up on the scheduled day of arrival will have a penalty charge of 100% of the deposit or advance received.

Restrictions:

• Pregnant women, people in a state of intoxication, pets or smoking are not allowed inside the boat.
• Niños: Deberán ir acompañados de sus padres o adulto responsable, todo menor de dos (2) años es de cortesía en el transporte en lancha del Hotel y deberá ir en el regazo de sus padres o adulto responsable. Pagan alimentación según consumo, extras e impuestos de zarpe-parque-seguro de lancha y gastos extras (COP$ 29.000 por niño). precio aproximado para el 2025.
• People over 9 years old are considered adults.

Boat:

Transportation to the Hotel San Pedro de Majagua is provided by the Hotel in its own or similar speed boats from our allies, with outboard motors and with a capacity between 41 and 49 people.

FOR YOUR HEALTH:

Avoid eating seafood in places other than the Hotel or from locals. The Island does not have a hospital for medical care or emergencies, so in the event of a case of poisoning or allergy, the response time would be subject to the attention of the coast guard.

• Personal Objects: They are the responsibility of the owner, so we appreciate that your valuable items be delivered to the auxiliary pilot in custody.
• Life jacket: It is mandatory that you wear your life jacket correctly throughout the trip.

All diving dives are done by boat, we have more than 25 diving spots: walls, shallows and sunken ships with a bottom covered in corals and sponges.
